1. Definitions
- Platform — the MuzicaTerapeutica.pozitron.ro website, powered by SC Pozitron Grup SRL.
- User / Client — the individual or legal entity submitting a track for analysis and/or purchasing a certificate.
- Service — the acoustic-emotional analysis of a music track and/or the issuance of a digital conformity certificate, and/or the custom production of a certified music track.
2. Acceptance of terms
By submitting a track and completing payment, the User confirms they have read and fully accepted this document, and that they hold the necessary rights over the track submitted for analysis.
3. Service description
The service consists of the technical analysis of the submitted audio file (acoustic parameters: tempo, key, energy, valence, arousal) and its classification into one of the 9 emotional states defined by SC Pozitron Grup SRL, followed by the issuance of a digital certificate with a unique, publicly verifiable code. The analysis result reflects the track's measured acoustic profile and does not constitute a medical evaluation or clinical diagnosis.
4. Delivery
The service is digital. Analysis is performed after payment confirmation, and the certificate (PDF + image) is sent to the User's provided email address as soon as possible. Turnaround may vary depending on order volume and analysis complexity — the User is informed by email about the order status.
5. Right of withdrawal
As the services are digital and fully performed at the User's express request before the 14-day withdrawal period expires, the User expressly waives the right of withdrawal provided by Romanian consumer law, by completing the order and payment.
6. Refund policy
- In case of a payment error not attributable to the User, the amount is refunded in full, within a maximum of 7 calendar days.
- If the submitted file is corrupted, unreadable or cannot be analyzed for reasons attributable to the Platform, either a refund or a free re-analysis is offered.
- For requests, write to muzicaterapeutica@pozitron.ro, mentioning the order ID.
7. Intellectual property
The User warrants they hold the necessary rights over the track submitted for analysis. The issued certificate only attests the measured acoustic profile; it neither grants nor affects copyright over the track.
8. Limitation of liability
SC Pozitron Grup SRL is not liable for the use of the certificate or of analyzed/produced tracks outside the purpose declared by the User, nor for temporary Platform unavailability due to force majeure.
9. Governing law
This document is governed by Romanian law. Disputes are settled amicably; failing that, Romanian courts have jurisdiction.
